In Hidden Hills, a Virtually Untouched 1950s Ranch House Is Ripe for Redevelopment
Back in the 1950s, landscape architect and real estate developer A.E. Hanson created a San Fernando Valley community known as Hidden Hills — “Where Living is Fun!” A ranch house was soon built on one of the main thoroughfares within the gated enclave; and now that almost unchanged “gem from yesteryear” has popped up for sale for the first time in five decades, asking $5.5 million.
